What is the cancellation policy?

In the event that we cannot go ahead with your booked walk due to weather conditions and it is my decision then I will offer you an alternative walk if suitable, other dates or a full refund.

If you cancel the booking and it is less than 48 hours before we are due to set off then there will be no refunds. However if it is a week before then you will be refunded in full except if it is a multi-day activity over three days where the deposits are not refundable.

Do I need Insurance?

I am fully insured for all activities including public liability. I do recommend that anyone take out there own insurance that would cover them for outdoor adventures.

How fit do I need to be?

This depends on the walk that you would like to do and I am happy to discuss this and your previous experience when you book. We can tailor any day to suit your needs or expectations. We will always hike a a pace that suits and have options to shorten or extend days depending on the progress being made.

This can be discussed prior to booking and we always aim to assist you in maximising your mountain experience.

Can I bring my dog?

I  am happy for any well behaved dogs to join us on a mountain adventure when suitable. Some routes may be more challenging and not suitable for a dog. Also at certain times of the year with lambing and ground nesting birds it may also be unsuitable. This can be discussed at booking.
